Terms of Service

What funded.ch is

funded.ch is a paid skills evaluation (the “Test”) and, for those who pass, a firm-funded trading account (a “Funded Account”) operated under these terms. It is a software product and a trading-skills assessment. It is not investment advice, not portfolio management, and not a regulated financial service; we do not take deposits or manage client money.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and not reside where the service is prohibited. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. One person, one account.

The Test

The Test is a single-phase evaluation on our platform. You pay a one-time fee per tier (currently CHF 99 / 199 / 369 for the 10k / 25k / 50k seats). You pass by reaching the profit target within the risk rules — maximum concurrent exposure, daily loss limit, and maximum drawdown — with no time limit.

The fee pays for the evaluation service and is non-refundable once the Test has been activated.

Funded Accounts

Passing the Test entitles you to a Funded Account traded on the firm’s own capital and infrastructure. You keep 80% of net realised profits (the profit split). The capital backing your account, and any market hedging of it, scale with your trading risk profile, at our discretion.

A Funded Account is retained while these terms are met; a daily-loss or maximum-drawdown breach closes it. A fixed-price buy-back may be offered after a breach.

Payouts

Profits are paid in CHF under our payout policy (target 24–48 hours from a valid request), by bank transfer, and are subject to identity and anti-fraud checks. Currency conversion and any bank fees are your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You may not operate multiple accounts, collude or coordinate trades with others, hold opposing positions across accounts, exploit pricing, latency or data-feed errors, use unauthorised automation, or otherwise abuse the platform or the markets. Breach may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of profits and fees.

Identity & anti-money-laundering

We may require identity verification before activating a Funded Account or releasing a payout, and may withhold or refuse payment where fraud, abuse, or a legal obligation requires it.

Intellectual property

The platform, the Adona Trader app, and the funded.ch brand are our property. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use them for the service only.

Disclaimers & liability

Trading involves substantial risk. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on funded.ch; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
